Directors

Craig Percival
Managing Director
Craig’s experience in the construction industry is, literally, from the ground up. His hands-on approach began as building cadet with Woollam in 1989, labouring and assisting tradespeople. Mentored by both Tom and Keith Woollam, Craig learnt from two of the industry’s most respected figures, absorbing the Woollam ethos for quality, service, and reliability.
Craig became a company Director and shareholder in 2001, and in 2015 became Managing Director. As Managing Director, Craig takes great pride in the development of our people and our uncompromising approach to quality.

George Bogiatzis
Executive Director
George joined Woollam as a cadet quantity surveyor in 1983. After working his way up the ranks alongside Craig and under the mentorship of Tom and Keith Woollam, George became a Woollam shareholder and Managing Director in 2000. In 2015, after 15 years at the helm of Woollam, George stepped down as Managing Director to undertake the role of Executive Director and Chairman of the Company.
With a background in Quantity Surveying, George has a hands-on approach to life cycle and cost planning, ensuring projects are built for life.
