Another great night for our GC team last Friday at the 2022 Master Builders Queensland Gold Coast Housing & Construction Awards. Woollam struck gold once again in the ‘Community Accommodation for Aged Care and Nursing Homes’ category for The Pavilion North Kirra.

Set across a 2,025sqm site, The Pavilion boasts 10-storeys of luxuriously appointed apartments, world-class community facilities and sweeping coastal views.

A big thank you to all our trusted partners who helped bring this vision to life. Cheers to another successful project!
